 Rhinoplasty

Two types of operations are applied in rhinoplasty
as open technique and closed technique.

operation area.
Operation is conducted under general anesthesia and
it takes 2-2.5 hours.
A result matching with the face structure is
expected by intervening in the problematic areas by
maintaining the completeness of the bone, cartilage
and skin.
A brace on the nose and tampons in the nose passages
are applied after operation.
The possible pain to occur after operation can be
controlled with medium level pain killers.
Tampons are removed after 3 days and the
plaster-brace is removed after 7 days in average
after operation.
Bands are used on the nose for the following 10 days.
It takes approximately 6 months to get the final
form of the nose after operation.
